I couldn’t wait to hear the tape of Don't's Sweat the Small Stuff and to this day I am so glad I did. Since then I have read the book again over the years to remind myself to stress less. As I was listening to the tape in my mind I kept saying to myself, “Wow, this guy really makes a lot of sense. What he is saying is so true, yet most people won’t see it without help.” Needless to say this book was an eye opener for me.

How to make positive changes in life, feel confident, and let go of the past and negative feelings. Avoiding negative energy and replacing bad feelings with happier more positive ones will make all the difference. Anxiety can really stop us living productive lives but it can be helped by changing our thinking patterns.
