Ways to Live an Orderly and Happy Life

Regardless of how busy your schedules are, always find quality time to nurture yourself. Treat yourself out, go shopping, eat lunch outside, watch a movie etc.

• Don’t be a messy person. Make it a habit to prioritize cleanliness both in yourself and the surroundings that you live in. Start getting rid of all the things that you don’t need to reduce clutters. You may opt to open a garage sale or you may donate some to charity.

• Visualize a better you and start changing yourself for the better. You have to be physically, emotionally and mentally prepared for these changes.

• Ask successful people how they become what they are now. Their experiences can, in a way, help you throughout your personal endeavors.

• Live a clean life. Get rid of cigarettes and alcohol in your system. Instead of wasting your money for these bad habit, why not save it for your future vacation.

• Stay away from things or people that bring negative elements. Friends who are pretentious and are pulling you down are not worth to be kept. So, cut ties with them.

• Live each day with a clear and organize plan on how you are going to spend the whole day so it can hold you on track.

• Come up with an organize filing for all your personal records.

• Schedule your grocery shopping. Make a shopping list and buy in bulk so you can save some amount.

• Check stock of foods and medicine supply and throw all expired items.

• Design a healthy diet plan and take vitamins daily.

• Look for a regular exercise or an activity that you enjoy doing like biking or dancing. Engage also in mental exercise like Sudoku, crossword puzzles or other word and number games to improve your mental capabilities.
